Documentation Deep Dive Series:

Documentation and the Rules

Date: Monday, January 17, 2022 (Rescheduled form December 20, 2021)
Time: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Description:  Documentation can be tough.  Despite being a key component to service delivery, many providers struggle with teaching and training staff to consistently produce documentation that tracks and demonstrates progress, is measurable, is observable, meets minimum standards for billable notes, is person-centered, adequately notes risk, etc.  This training will focus on documentation to support service level, the need for a service level change, the need for rights restrictions or removal and for discharge.

About Presenter, April Metzger:

With over 27 years of experience in Human Services, April Metzger is an expert in her field. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin, LaCrosse, with an undergraduate in Psychology and then went on to obtain her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Dayton in Ohio.
