About Our Presenters: 

Karen Jess, Audit and Consulting Manager @ Eide Bailly

Karen has more than 24 years of public accounting experience providing assurance and consulting services to organizations, with focus in the nonprofit and mental health and disability services (MHDS) industries. She is responsible for the preparation and/or review of Medicaid and other third-party reimbursement reports for several MHDS entities. Karen is also responsible for all phases of engagements and manages projects effectively and efficiently.

Matt Wilson, Molyneaux Risk Solutions

Matt began his insurance career in 1986 and began working directly with insurance-buying clients at Molyneaux in 1994.  Attaining clients began as a process of providing insurance quotes and providing transactional service, but as more relationships were formed with IACP members, it was obvious that the paying customer needed more.  Today, in addition to insurance, Matt and the Molyneaux team provide risk management consultation, training, and sample procedures to clients to manage the risks that are obstacles to organizational success.  Matt has earned both the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations from The Institutes® Risk & Insurance Knowledge Group.

Gary Jones, Midwest Compliance Associates & CP-HIPAA Solutions

Gary Jones has been an attorney for over 34 years and has spent most of the last 20 years focusing on the needs of facilities and agencies in the human services field.  In addition to an active law practice, he founded Midwest Compliance Associates and CP-HIPAA Solutions to help providers through the maze of compliance regulations that seems to become more complicated every year so they can do what they do best, take care of people.
