Developed over several years with input from thousands of provider organizations, New SETWorks was rebuilt from the ground up with a simple goal: to empower every person at every IDD agency to better serve. Unlike traditional software systems that are often built around specific services, funders, or state requirements, the new SETWorks is designed to adapt to the unique structure of each provider organization.
The new platform places configuration at its core, allowing provider administrators to tailor workflows, programs, forms, and processes without relying on workarounds. Every field, including custom fields, is reportable from day one, while built-in automation capabilities help streamline tasks, notifications, and escalations. Organizations can also manage detailed user permissions across departments and roles, ensuring staff have access to the information they need while maintaining security and compliance.
With a mobile-first interface and an AI-ready foundation, SETWorks aims to help providers improve efficiency, strengthen compliance efforts, and focus more time on the people they support.
According to SETWorks co-Founder and co-CEO David Lindell, the platform reflects the company's long-standing commitment to serving providers: “The work these organizations do is too important to be slowed down by software.” Co-Founder and co-CEO Henri McCracken added that the new platform was built by listening to providers and creating a system that adapts to them, rather than the other way around.
Importantly, current SETWorks customers will continue to receive full support, with no forced migration and no announced sunset date for existing users.
