Description: The Occupational Safety and Health Administration's ("OSHA") COVID-19 Health Emergency Temporary Standard ("ETS") became effective for healthcare settings when published in the Federal Register on June 21, 2021. This publication prompted several questions, comments and concerns for IACP membership concerning the application to services provided by our members.

In response, IACP has scheduled an opportunity for EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS to meet for a conversation about ETS on Monday September 27, 2021 at 3:00 pm. The purpose of this meeting is to provide information, share resources and discuss the pain points. Bring your questions and be willing to engage in a conversation. Following the meeting, IACP will advocate with Federal and State partners for responses to outstanding questions members have regarding ETS implementation.
