Leadership Institute
Leadership Training offers a variety of techniques for conducting oneself as a leader and as a role model for an agency. An effective leader is more than just a boss, but also a coach helping to improve employee performance.
Leadership participants take an in-depth look at their top 5 strengths and why their EQ is often more important than their IQ, as identified by a self-assessment survey. Attendees learn the benefits of adopting a structured method for problem-solving and are given tips on staying motivated and having a positive attitude.
In addition, trainers also discuss the steps toward improving communication skills and retaining and motivating staff to do their best.
