2007:

IACP Annual Business Meeting - Leadership Graduation

IACP held its annual business meeting and half-day training on September 13 at the Gateway Hotel & Conference Center. Approximately 140 members were in attendance for the Meeting of the Members and the Leadership Institute Graduation.

2007 IACP Excellence Award Winners:

IACP held its second annual IACP Excellence Awards Ceremony, an opportunity to recognize and acknowledge exceptional performance and creativity in individuals and/or agencies within our association.  These award winners were nominated by their peers and are honored for their exceptional service to improve the quality of life for the people we serve.

Employee of the Year Award -  Linda McAlpine, Residential Skills Trainer, Village Northwest Unlimited, Sheldon.

 Leadership Award - Howard Haigh, Director of Adult Mental Health Services, Hillcrest Family Services, Dubuque.

 Innovation & Quality Award -  Link Associates in Des Moines for their Leisure Services Program AND

 Community Support Advocates (CSA).
